Coaching is a" relationship which is designed and defined in an agreement between a client and a coach.  It is based on the client's expressed interests, goals and objectives."

Coaching is an action-oriented process and focuses on the present and the future.  We use several methods which increase awareness and success in transforming your life.  Together we work out your plan, which has elements of goal setting and is proactive with an emphasis on goal achievement - we are committed to your journey, however, you are ultimately responsible for actions taken (or not taken) in your life throughout the process.
