DISC Personality Profiling
DISC is the universal language of observable human behaviour. Just watching people proves its validity. Scientific research has proven that people, in terms of ‘how they act’ universally, have similar characteristics. By learning these characteristics, we can increase communication and relationships; therefore, increasing our understanding of each other. Behavioural characteristics can be grouped together in to four quadrants, or styles.
A person’s behaviour is a necessary and integral part of who they are. In other words, much of our behaviour comes from ‘nature’ and much comes from ‘nurture’.
The DISC model merely analyses behavioural styles; that is, a person’s manner of doing things.
Our coaches use this process to assist you with understanding your and other people’s preferred behaviour and communication styles.
This will enable you to :-
- Know yourself and others
